Life Coaching is a holistic solution based approach to managing your life's ups and downs. Coaching supports you in moving out of your comfort zone to tap into your full potential. It liberates you from limited thinking and opens up your mindset to explore new possibilities that are beyond your vision. Coaching is not therapy. While the two do compliment one another, therapy generally focuses on analyzing the past in order to understand the present, and coaching focuses on exploring and managing your thinking in order to live fully in the present and create your best future. My goal is to arm you with The 5 Practices (mindfulness tools), which will empower you to navigate challenges and help you make decisions. I will listen to what’s important to you in order to uncover your unique strengths and abilities, I will also point out areas where it seems like your thinking isn’t aligned with your intentions. During this internal exploration process you will learn to effectively change the external areas of your life as well.

Cultivating more mindfulness is the foundation to achieving all of your goals, but it is just the first step. By increasing your self-awareness, you will be able to better understand your thoughts, and feelings, and the world around you, enabling you to determine exactly what you need to do to elevate your consciousness and take your life to the next level. You will become more focused brining clarity and intentionality, to your life. You will be better equipped to effectively manage stress, anxiety, and fears.
Together we will create a plan to help you acomplish the goals you want to achieve in many areas of your life. In the beginning clients tend to have new insights ("a-ha moments") it takes time to incorporate them into sustainable habits. I recommend to new clients that we work together for a minimum of 6 - 12 months because that's how long it takes to see real progress. We typically start with 3 - 1 hour phone/FaeTime sessions per month to gain momentum, and gradually decrease to 2 and then 1 session per month. Of course we can schedule sessions more or less often depending on your schedule and what you’d like to focus on.
